About this position

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the Fit-and-Proper requirements of all representatives of iMas Insurance Brokers using the Fit and Proper Manager system. This includes maintaining data, monitoring areas of non-compliance and assisting management to ensure all representatives are compliant. In addition, it involves liaising with the relevant service providers and regulatory bodies.

Job Outputs:

• Registration of new representatives on the Fit and Proper Manager (FPM) system.
• Monitoring and maintenance of the FPM system.
• Initiation and monitoring of the annual declaration documents.
• Reporting.
• Maintenance of the competency register.

Requirements and Experience 

• National Senior Certificate (Matric) 
• Regulatory Exam (RE 5) is advantageous
• FSCA recognised qualification is advantageous
• 1 year experience in Administration
• 1 year experience in insurance is advantageous
