Introstat is offering an opportunity to join a “Sales-Focused Learnership” which will be conducted during a 12-month fixed term contract in our Johannesburg Office. During the Learnership period you will complete a Business Administration Services L4 Qualification, and you will be trained on how to become a successful Sales Professional.
There may be a potential opportunity to join the company in a sales role based on availability and performance after the 12-month fixed term period. The learnership will begin on 1 April 2026 and will end on 31 March 2027.
We are looking for Matriculants who have passed Matric from 2023 onwards and are not enrolled in tertiary education or any other learnership.
Successful candidates will be interviewed by the Training Manager and HR Manager to establish if you have met the inherent job requirements. There’s no guarantee of a job after the learnership if you don’t meet all the requirements.
Successful candidates should work hard, stay focused, and show enthusiasm during the 12-month training. Use this time to learn as much as possible and build valuable skills for your future career.
You will be paid a monthly STIPEND for the 12-month learnership period, and you will receive a registered SETA qualification provided all requirements are met.
Entry requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate (with Maths / Maths Lit above 40%)
- IT as a subject would be an advantage
- Located within 20km of Linbro Park
- Good English speaking and writing skills
