Job Description

Introduction

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Admin clerk to join our fast-paced retail environment where every day is unique and interesting.  The primary focus of the role is to effectively administer and provide support relating to the retail E-Commerce department.

Description

Providing excellent customer service through effective administration and support.

Key Duties

  • To perform administrative duties within the department
  • Obtain and update website and backend content
  • Monitor and collaborate online activities, including fraudulent activities
  • Layby and Credit applications
  • Deal with customer in a customer centric manner
  • Effective self-management and teamwork

Minimum requirements

  • Grade 12
  • 7 – 12 Months administrative experience preferably in Retail

Competencies

  • Basic Retail Knowledge
  • Knowledge of relevant systems
  • Content management System (Magento preferably)
  • Customer/Vendor administration exposure in a Retail environment
  • Attention to detail
