The FSCA invites Grade 12 graduates to apply for a Wealth Management Learnership Programme. This initiative is designed to equip young South Africans with the foundational knowledge and practical skills required to excel in the financial services sector.

Programme Overview
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract that blends theoretical training with hands-on workplace experience.
What to Expect:

Application Requirements
To be considered for this programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Nationality: South African citizen with a valid ID.
- Education: Must have completed Grade 12 (Matric).
- Employment Status: Currently unemployed.
- Experience: Must not have participated in a previous learnership programme.
- Interest: A demonstrable passion for the financial services sector.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong communication skills (advantageous).
