Job Description
- Answering and managing all incoming calls of the organization.
- Direct the calls to the approriate individuals and department.
- Take and relay massages if the calls are not answered.
- Greet and Welcome all the visitos.
- Direct all the visitors to the requested department or individuals
- Direct all enquiries to the relevant individuals or departments.
- Mainitain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Providing neccessary information and assistance to the clients.
- manage the front desk of the organization.
- Ensuring a positive experience for the clients.
- Keep the reception are tidy and presentable.
Job Requirements
- Grade 12
- Three (3) relevant experience.
- Office Admin qualification will be advantageous.
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills.
- Billingual English and Afrikaans.
- Telephone etiquette.
