​As a Client Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for citizens seeking assistance. Your daily tasks will include:

  • ​Processing applications for UIF Benefits.
  • ​Registering payment continuation forms.
  • ​Assisting with general administrative functions to ensure efficient service delivery.
