Requirements:
A grade 12 certificate or equivalent as recognized by SAQA. 3 years’ experience required in production level (L5). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE Overseeing warehouse operations, including stock management Receiving, and issuing of goods. Supervising staff, allocating tasks and ensuring quality of work. Maintaining inventory records, updating stock levels, and conducting stock taking ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong communication ( verbal and written), proficiency in MS Office, report writing and planning and organising skills. Knowledge of registry duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, and operate computer. Working knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service. Knowledge of storage and retrieval procedures in terms of the working environment. Understanding of the work in registry.
Duties:
Supervise and render general clerical support services. Supervise and provide supply chain clerical support services within the component. Supervise and provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component. Supervise and provide financial administration support services in the component Supervise human resources/staff.

ADDED ADVANTAGE: NATIONAL DIPLOMA (NGF LEVEL 6) OR BACHELOR`S DEGREE (NQF LEVEL 7) WITH ACCOUNTING, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND/OR LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT AS MAJOR SUBJECTS 3 YEARS OF SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE.
KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICAL WORKING EXPERIENCE WITH LOGIS (LOGISTICAL INFORMATION SYSTEM) IN – DEPTH UNDERSTANDING OF THE PUBLIC FINANCE MANAGEMENT ACT(PFMA), NATIONAL TREASURY REGULATIONS, AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORKS (e.g. inventory management, procurement). STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS (verbal and written) PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE (specifically excel), REPORT WRITING AND PLANNING/ORGANIZING SKILLS.
