The company would like to recruit an Auto Electrician Assistant to be based at Khanye Colliery, in Bronkhorstspruit.
DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of this role is to assist the electrician to provide a safe and reliable working environment by conducting repairs, legal inspections and maintenance of the plant and other support equipment and facilities.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- N2 Certificate or Matric with Mathematics and Physical Science
- Computer literate
- Physically fit and able to pass a medical/fitness test.
EXPERIENCE:
- Mining experience is an added advantage.
- Technical repairs and maintenance
- Familiar with hand tools
- Auto Electrical Experience is an added advantage.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist auto electrician.
- General auto electrical maintenance
- Auto electrical – mechanical maintenance
- Fault finding & repairing.
