Requirements :
- Grade 12 or equivalent or HR related Qualification.
Knowledge:
HR related clerical duties in areas of Recruitment and Selection, PILIR, Service Benefits, Training and Development, Performance Management and Development, Records and document control, filing, data capturing, administrative procedures relating to HR working environment including norms and standards, reporting procedures and basic research/information,
Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations and relevant prescripts, Skills Development Act, Basic Condition of Employment Acts, Policies and procedures, Employment Equity Act, Batho Pele Principles and the Constitution of South Africa.

Skills:

The following will be an added advantage:
Grade 12 or equivalent with 2 to 5 years’ experience, a three-year HRM Diploma/Degree or equivalent HR, Public Admin, Public Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Admin from a recognised tertiary institution with 1-year experience, Introduction to Persal certificate/Persal users/experience, and Generic Human Resources Management knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities
Administer the operations and functions of human resources in the institution. Implement conditions of service and benefits. Implement recruitment and selection policies and procedures. Leave administration, employee exist and maintain confidentiality. Maintain record keeping and filing of HR documents.
Provide an audit trial for easy retrieval during investigations and audits, trace movement of files, and process documents. Capture leave and claims on persal system and process other documents to e-government daily.
Provide accurate information/advice to all stakeholders. Address human resource administration enquiries and able to meet deadlines. Accept responsibilities given by the supervisor from time to time and report to the supervisor.
