Are you passionate about people, cars, and building a successful career in sales? Hyundai is looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our Sales Trainee Programme.
This programme is designed to develop future Sales Executives through hands-on experience, structured training, and mentorship within a leading global automotive brand.
What You’ll Do
- ✔ Participate in the Hyundai Sales Trainee Programme
- ✔ Learn vehicle product knowledge and sales techniques
- ✔ Support Sales Executives with customer interactions and sales processes
- ✔ Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions
- ✔ Maintain showroom standards and uphold the Hyundai brand
- ✔ Build strong customer relationships and achieve training objectives
Qualifications and Experience
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong interest in a career in automotive sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target driven
- Professional attitude and presentation
Advantageous:
Sales or customer service experience | Degree or Diploma
