About this position
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the Fit-and-Proper requirements of all representatives of iMas Insurance Brokers using the Fit and Proper Manager system. This includes maintaining data, monitoring areas of non-compliance and assisting management to ensure all representatives are compliant. In addition, it involves liaising with the relevant service providers and regulatory bodies.
Job Outputs:
- Registration of new representatives on the Fit and Proper Manager (FPM) system.
- Monitoring and maintenance of the FPM system.
- Initiation and monitoring of the annual declaration documents.
- Reporting.
- Maintenance of the competency register.
Requirements and Experience
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Regulatory Exam (RE 5) is advantageous
- FSCA recognised qualification is advantageous
- 1 year experience in Administration
- 1 year experience in insurance is advantageous
