Job Description
iMasFinance, an authorised financial services provider, invites applications for a 12-month Information Technology Technical Support Learnership. This programme offers structured learning and practical workplace experience, leading to an NQF Level 4 qualification.
Key Learning Areas Include, but not limited to:
- Workstation setup and maintenance
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents
- Escalating issues to third-level support
- Providing telephonic technical assistance
- Supporting hardware and software rollouts
- Reporting and feedback to management
- Ongoing coaching, training and mentoring
Eligibility Criteria:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accounting
- Minimum Level 4 (50%) in Maths, English, and a second language
- Relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage
- Demonstrated interest in IT Networks and IT Security
- Not currently employed or enrolled in any studies
- Open to previously disadvantaged youth
- Available to start in December 2025
