Job Purpose:
To provide structural work-based learning on a rotational basis amongst various departments within the business.
Exposure to a theoretical learning with a practical workplace experience. Leading to a recognized qualification as well as skills and knowledge.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ideally no previous professional work experience.
- Attend all required training sessions.
- Shadow experienced professionals to gain on job knowledge.
- Assist with day-to-day departmental tasks and administrative support, not limited to;
General administration
- Answering and operating the call system
- Boardroom coordination and upkeep
- Filing/sorting
- Coordination of travel bookings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.
Job Context
An exposure on the work-based learning program that combines theoretical training with practical workplace experience, leading to a formal qualification.
Minimum Requirement
- Matric or Grade12
- Currently unemployed and not enrolled with SETA funded programmes
- Computer proficiency/ literacy
- Committed to the full duration of the programme
