What will you do?

Render administrative support to Business in the Sanlam Direct environment.

  1. Processing Documents
  2. General Administrative and Office tasks
  3. Assisting with Support functions 
  4. Additional Learning 
  • Financial Calculations 
  • Data interpretation
  1. SAP Administration for training & SD
  2. Short term support    
  • Transunion Checks done and delivered while consultants are on the phone;
  • Welcome Calls/Retention Calls
  • NTU assistance and tracking
  • Quality/Underwriting Trend collation and feedback;
  • External Lead Updates and feedback collation

What will make you successful in this role?

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12
  • Experience within SDC Contact centre will be to your advantage.

Turnaround time
