If you have recently graduated and are eager to build your career in Banking, this learnership provides the perfect opportunity to bridge the gap between your academic knowledge and hands-on industry experience.

In this programme, you will gain practical exposure in Private Banking, where you’ll learn how to the fundamentals of relationship and transactional banking with a high focus on sales and service.  This is a crucial area of banking, and the experience you gain will prepare you for a rewarding career in banking.

As part of this programme, you will also complete an Occupational Qualification.  This qualification will enhance your knowledge and make you FAIS accredited, allowing you to unlock further opportunities in banking across South Africa.
