- Fundamental understanding of physical and chemical analytical methods and equipment
- Self-motivated
- Good organization skills and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills – ability to interact with all levels of plant personnel in a positive manner
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Reasoning ability to interpret test results
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Mathematical skills: Basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control helpful
- Knowledge of GMP’s, CCP’s, SoP’s and HACCP would be beneficial
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in Natural Sciences (food Technology or Biotechnology)
- TQM/ Advanced Diploma would be advantageous
- Sound working knowledge of the MS Office suits (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
