Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration or relevant admin qualification.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel.
  • Assertive and compassionate approach to ensure effective learner support.
  • Extroverted personality to engage effectively with learners and stakeholders.
  • Strong emphasis on accuracy and reliability.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinating learners for allocated learnerships with precision and care.
  • Setting up training rooms to ensure a conducive learning environment.
  • Sending out timely training notifications for classroom sessions.
  • Managing all travel and subsistence arrangements for learners.
  • Administering new learner recruits and ensuring their registrations are completed accurately.
