Experience
Minimum:
- 1yrs Business Banking experience in a client facing role providing service and support
Ideal:
- Client liaison experience
Qualifications (Minimum)
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Banking or Information Technology
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
Knowledge
Minimum:
- Knowledge and understanding of IT systems, development life cycles
- Knowledge of banking regulatory and legislative landscape
- Understanding of compliance and risk management principles
- Good understanding of information technology and business concepts
- A thorough working knowledge of standardised business banking products
Ideal:
- Capitec policies and procedures
- Online banking product knowledge
- Client liaison experience
