Role Purpose and Summary
The Claims Administrator plays a vital role in the operational success of Absa’s claims department. The primary objective is to plan, manage, and monitor the implementation of claims management activities. You will be responsible for ensuring that all processes are executed in an effective and efficient manner to meet the bank’s approved operational goals.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs)
As an Administrator within the Claims division, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Claims Assessment: You will assess and process claims following rigorous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount to ensure fair and timely outcomes.
- Exceptional Customer Experience: You will act as a point of contact for customer interactions. Absa prides itself on professional and efficient service, requiring you to handle inquiries and resolutions with empathy and expertise.

Requirements & Qualifications
