KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Credit control function
• Printing of documents
• Faxing of documents daily
Query Resolution
• Handle all administrative queries
Financial Administration
• Complete nursing hour’s spreadsheets weekly
• Mail nursing hours to Matrons at end of every month
• Reconcile accounts on a weekly basis
• Ensure accounts are authorized by the Matrons and send through for payment
Personal and professional development
• Assume responsibility for own personal and professional development
• Keep up to date with Netcare’s evolving policies and procedures
SKILLS PROFILE
EDUCATION
Essential
• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification
WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential
• 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role
KNOWLEDGE
Essential
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Professional flexibility in working hours while supporting daily business hours.
