Purpose of the Job
To accurately capture, input, and manage data into relevant databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting the operational and continuous reporting needs of the organization.· Verify accuracy and completeness of data before and after entry.
Job Objectives
· Accurately capture and input data from source documents into computer databases, spreadsheets, or software applications.
· Perform routine data integrity checks and correct any errors.
· Maintain and update records as needed to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
· Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
· Support data collection efforts from various departments.
· Generate basic reports as required.
· Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
· Collaborate with team members to streamline data capturing processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Grade 12).
- A certificate or diploma in data management, office administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience with data entry software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- MS Power BI experience is an advantage.Experience
Essential:
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
