Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Senior/National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or an equivalent qualification.
- Advantageous: A Diploma or additional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Skills: * Strong computer literacy.
- Experience in data capturing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring real-time data capturing is completed accurately.
- Assisting with all incoming calls and general office administration.
- Conducting data reconciliation and analysis to identify and bridge data gaps.
- Capturing vital health data on systems including DHIS, SAP-HIS, and Tier.net.
