Job Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- No experience required.
Skills:
Basic numeracy literacy. Good verbal and communication skills.
Knowledge: Knowledge of a limited range of work procedures such as messenger, working procedure in respect of working environment and elementary duties such as: courier services, planning and organizing skills, ability to perform routine tasks and basic interpersonal relationship skills. THE FOLLOWING WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE: Should be prepared to work shifts and public holidays. Be willing to work in a team and under stressful conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Collecting of files from various sections of the hospital. Performing duties and procedures relating to specific work environment according to norms and standards of accuracy.
Collecting and delivering of patients files from and to prescribed points. Sorting of patients files and loose documents. Acting as a reliever when requested by supervisor. Other tasks as allocated by supervisor.
