Job Purpose / Role Summary

The primary purpose of the Human Capital Intern is to provide administrative and operational support within Human Capital Operations.   • Support the review, update, and maintenance of the Bank’s Job Catalogue, job profiles, and organizational structures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Assist in conducting job analysis by gathering and validating information on role responsibilities, reporting lines, qualifications, and key accountabilities.
  • Maintain and update records of approved job descriptions, organization structures, establishment positions, and related documentation.
  • Support Human Capital Operations activities, including employee lifecycle administration, records management, documentation, and data maintenance.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure personnel records are accurate, complete, up to date, and compliant with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Ensure employee and position data integrity through regular data validation and reconciliation within HR systems.
  • Support periodic audits of employee files, HR records, and organizational data to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Capital team in the execution of day-to-day activities.
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Support the preparation of HR correspondence, documentation, presentations, and meeting materials as required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee, organizational, and business information in line with the Bank’s policies and standards.
